Ms Ronda Isaacs - Assistant Director of Student Success & Advising
https://www.careerelevateonline.com/ rondaisaacs1@gmail.com
Ronda Isaacs serves as the Assistant Director of Student Success & Advising at the Tarrant County College Northeast Campus. She has been with TCC since 2014.
Prior to joining TCC, Ronda served as the Director of Career Services for two different institutions. Ronda is a first-generation college student who genuinely believed she was not smart enough to go to college and would fail. She completed both her B.A. in Counseling Services for the Deaf and her M.S. in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling at East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma. She uses the emotions and struggles she experienced in college to try to ensure no student ever feels the way she did. She believes one way to do that is to help students identify their career path and the education needed to achieve their career goals as early as possible.
She obtained her CCSP in 2018, became an FCD Instructor in 2019, and became a Master Trainer for the NCDA FCD class in 2023.
