Windie Wilson, CCSP, GCDF, NCDA Master Trainer, has developed and managed workforce development programs for a wide range of customer groups for more than twenty years. Windie is Director of CAC-Workforce Connections, the public agency responsible for administering federal and state workforce development programs and resources in Knoxville, Tennessee. She is the former Director of the Tennessee Customized Employment Partnership, serving individuals with significant disabilities. She has delivered NCDA’s Facilitating Career Development training in multiple states and is a contributing author to NCDA’s Facilitating Career Development curriculum and the NCDA Career Knowledge Series. Windie is a founding member and past president of the Tennessee Career Development Association and was selected as a Marano Fellow at Aspen Institute’s Sector Skills Academy.
