Jessica has worked in the career development field for 16 years as a career coach, executive coach, trainer, consultant, and educator. She is currently in private practice in Chicago, IL providing career rediscovery/transition coaching for mid-career adults, as well as consulting, executive coaching, and training services to organizations for leadership development and emotional intelligence initiatives.

 

Jessica has worked in sales and change management/OD consulting with Fortune 500 and private companies. She has also held positions as an Associate Director in higher education, an adjunct professor, consulted with a county reemployment agency, and volunteers at the nonprofit Career Transitions Center of Chicago.

 

Jessica earned her B.S. from Miami University (Marketing, Sociology), her M.B.A. in Organizational Behavior from Case Western Reserve University, and completed a Career Development Theory course at Cleveland State University. She is a Certified Master of Career Services, Professional Certified Coach (ICF), and an Executive Coach with the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University. She is a Master Practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, certified to administer the EQ-i 2.0 and Emotional and Social Competence Inventory, a qualified Strong Interest Inventory practitioner, and has studied Intentional Change Theory, Appreciative Inquiry, and Motivational Interviewing.

 

Jessica has also been a speaker for NCDA, the Chicago Career Professionals Network, and the Strategic Account Management Association.
